Tantric Meditation I

There are many definitions of Tantra, among them - "to expand" and "to protect".  Tantric meditation, therefore, is a way of using meditation to expand the mind while protecting the psyche. In fact, one of the goals of Tantra ultimately is to help us expand our capacity in the world, and our joy in life. 

This course establishes a Krama - progression of practice - which provides a blueprint for moving forward in meditation. A goal of the course is to help newer meditators establish a personal practice, while guiding more experienced meditators into deepening their practice beyond a plateau. Teachers will find great clarity and many specific tools to help them expand their skill and understanding in guiding meditation.
